What arrives each week
One email, usually shorter than this page. Each issue takes one small thing worth doing — a fix, a habit, or a conversation — and explains it properly: what to do, why it matters, and how to know it worked. Recent themes give you the flavour:
- A single room-safety fix you can finish before the kettle boils
- Balance and strength work that needs no equipment and no floor work
- What to actually say when raising safety with a parent who is resistant
- Which products are worth buying, which are not, and what they should cost
- The everyday things — footwear, lighting, medication reviews — that quietly matter most
Who it is written for
Both sides of the same conversation. Plenty of readers are in their seventies and eighties, doing this for themselves. Plenty are adult children helping a parent from the next street or the next country. The advice is written so it works either way, without talking down to anyone.
What we will not do
We will not sell your address, and we will not send you daily email. There is no pressure to buy anything — most issues link only to free guides. If it stops being useful, every email has a one-click unsubscribe and we will not ask why.
